JG Interior Design is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day refund and return policy from the date of your order. If thirty (30) days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, the item you purchased through us must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Additionally, a $100 non-refundable charge is applied for our services to come out.
For return processing, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If the item was purchased from us, it should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified amount of days.
Should you find that your refund has not yet appeared, we suggest initially reviewing your bank account once more. Subsequently, reach out to your credit card issuer; there is typically a delay before your refund is formally recorded. Following that, engage with your banking institution. Only items purchased at their original price are eligible for a refund; discounted or sale items are not refundable. We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Should you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] for detailed instructions.
If an item was designated as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return’s value once we receive the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
For items not marked as gifts at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified about your return.

You are responsible for bearing the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The timeframe for receiving your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. For returning higher value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
